Stephen Constantine is Executive Vice President and Associate Principal Owner at Alliance Financial Network, where he helps financial advisors build successful, sustainable careers and practices while also maintaining long-term relationships with clients. In his leadership role, Stephen focuses on attracting and developing financial professionals, coaching advisors and leaders, and creating opportunities that support the continued growth of both individuals and the firm.
Known for building strong relationships and providing honest feedback, Stephen has a particular passion for helping people recognize opportunities and potential they may not yet see in themselves. He approaches his work with a simple philosophy: do the right thing, put people first, and look for ways to make a positive difference. Whether mentoring a new associate, helping an experienced advisor navigate the challenges of growing a practice, or working with a client, Stephen finds the greatest reward in seeing people grow and move forward.
Stephen brings 19 years of financial services experience to his role, beginning his career as a financial representative before moving into leadership, training, coaching, and talent development. He earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in International Business from D’Youville College. Stephen holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 66 registrations, as well as his Life, Accident and Health insurance license. He is an active member of Finseca and previously served as President of NAIFA Buffalo, Vice President of the D’Youville College Alumni Board, and Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at D’Youville.
Born and raised in Woodside, New York, Stephen now lives in Lancaster with his wife, Jamie, and their daughters, Madison and Reagan. Much of his free time is spent supporting his daughters at dance competitions, a reflection of his belief in showing up for the people who matter. He is also a devoted New York Knicks and Buffalo Bills fan.
