Known for his ability to explain complex information clearly, Mark approaches every client relationship with a focus on trust, guidance, and service. He believes there is never a right way to do the wrong thing, a principle that has guided him throughout his career. Mark especially values the relationships he has built along the way and considers it particularly rewarding when a client refers him to someone they care about. In fact, some of his closest friendships today began as client relationships.
Mark earned his degree in Business from the University at Buffalo and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designation. He is also committed to his community and serves on the board of the Jack G. Rober Foundation.
Originally from Elmira, New York, Mark now lives in Hamburg. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, baseball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. A lifelong baseball fan, Mark has traveled across the United States visiting ballparks and considers the New York Mets his favorite team. He is also an avid golfer who began playing at just five years old and has recorded four holes-in-one—all on the same hole at East Aurora Country Club.
