Madison Lerner is an Associate Financial Professional and Client Support & New Business Administrator at Alliance Financial Network, where she helps individuals and families prepare for a secure financial future while ensuring every client receives exceptional service and support. In her dual role, Madison assists with financial planning, supports advisors throughout the new business process, and provides a welcoming, responsive experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Known for being organized, hardworking, and dependable, Madison approaches every interaction with consistency and a genuine desire to help others. Whether answering questions, assisting with new business, or helping clients prepare for the future, she enjoys reducing stress and creating a positive experience from start to finish.

Before joining Alliance Financial Network, Madison spent six years at Wegmans, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, followed by a year supporting a direct billing team for an insurance company. She earned her degree in Finance from SUNY Geneseo and holds her Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys staying active at the gym, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. A lifelong resident of the Buffalo area, she is someone who genuinely enjoys celebrating the accomplishments of others—a quality that reflects both her positive outlook and her commitment to helping people succeed.
