Kylie Vurckio is the New Business Team Lead at Alliance Financial Network, where she helps advisors navigate the underwriting process and move client cases from application through placement. In her role, Kylie focuses on new business processing, underwriting, in-force service requests, licensing, and illustrations, coordinating with advisors, support staff, underwriters, and home office teams to keep cases moving efficiently.
Known for her organization, responsiveness, and ability to navigate complex underwriting situations, Kylie approaches her work with kindness and a commitment to being a dependable resource. She understands that underwriting can be complicated and wants advisors to feel comfortable bringing her any question or concern, no matter how big or small. Kylie especially enjoys seeing a case successfully completed and knowing her work behind the scenes contributed to a positive outcome for both the advisor and client.
Kylie brings five years of financial services experience to her role. She began her career supporting an advisor, an experience that gave her valuable insight into the advisor perspective before transitioning into New Business. Kylie earned her bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning from Alfred State College in 2021, graduating a year early, and holds her Life, Accident and Health insurance license.
Originally from Neversink, New York, Kylie now lives in Sundown with her husband and their pets. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, organizing, and snowmobiling with her husband and friends. And when she’s looking for a quieter challenge, Kylie has another talent: she’s exceptionally good at Sudoku.
