Kristin Amodio is the Chief Operating Officer and Financial and Compliance Officer at Alliance Financial Network, where she helps create the structure, support, and accountability that allow advisors and team members to work effectively and confidently. In her role, Kristin oversees day-to-day operations, compliance and supervisory standards, and organizational processes, helping ensure the firm remains organized, efficient, and focused on providing a strong experience for the clients and families it serves.
Known for anticipating what needs to happen next and keeping many moving pieces organized, Kristin has a talent for bringing clarity to complex situations. She approaches her work with accountability, follow-through, and a focus on continuous improvement. Whether removing an obstacle, improving a process, or coordinating the right people to solve a challenge, Kristin takes pride in helping others feel supported, informed, and confident about the path forward.
Kristin has been part of Alliance Financial Network since 2008 and brings extensive experience across operations, compliance, team development, and firm initiatives. She earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration and holds her Life, Accident and Health insurance license, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations.
A lifelong Western New Yorker, Kristin grew up in North Tonawanda and now lives in the Town of Tonawanda. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, tackling home projects, and spending time with her husband, family, friends, and their two dogs, Tucker and Brody.
