Kevin C. Winder, CLU®, CASL® is a Special Agent at Alliance Financial Network, where he helps business owners and executives evaluate strategies to protect their loved ones, their businesses, and the people who contribute to their success. With a focus on the advanced market, Kevin works closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, including helping business owners address the challenges of attracting and retaining key employees.

Known for his practical, straightforward approach, Kevin believes financial strategies should be realistic, understandable, and tailored to each client’s circumstances. He approaches every relationship with the same care and consideration he would bring to decisions for himself and his own family. Kevin especially values the long-term relationships he has built throughout his career and the continued communication with clients who feel comfortable with the strategies they have developed together.

Kevin brings 43 years of financial services experience to his role, including extensive experience in the advanced market. His commitment to continued education has helped shape his knowledge and approach to working with business owners and executives. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL®) designations.

A United States Air Force veteran and Buffalo native, Kevin now divides his time between Clarence, New York, and Port St. Lucie, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his grandchildren, family, friends, and two dogs. Whether working with clients or enjoying time with loved ones, Kevin values genuine relationships and brings a sincere care for others to everything he does.
