Kelly Ferris is a Support Specialist and Associate Financial Professional with Starboard Wealth Strategies at Alliance Financial Network, where she works alongside Rocky Martini to help provide clients with a smooth and supportive experience. In her role, Kelly helps manage client relationships, move service requests forward, and guide clients through next steps so they know what to expect throughout the process.
Known for her kind, approachable, and soft-spoken nature, Kelly strives to make clients feel comfortable asking questions and confident moving forward. She believes the work her team does can help ease some of the stress that often accompanies financial decisions, which makes every interaction feel meaningful. Kelly especially appreciates hearing from clients that the team's support has made a difference and takes pride in being a dependable resource behind the scenes.
Kelly brings more than a year of financial services experience to her role, along with a background in the restaurant industry that helped strengthen her communication and people skills. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from SUNY Geneseo and holds her New York State Life, Accident and Health insurance license. She also volunteers with the Victor Food Cupboard.
Originally from Victor, Kelly now lives in the Village of Fairport. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, paddleboarding, cooking, and spending time with her cat. An animal lover, she also enjoys visiting local shelters such as Lollypop Farm. One hidden talent? Kelly is an exceptional speller and even won a spelling bee in middle school.
