Justin Gross is an Associate Financial Professional at Alliance Financial Network, where he helps individuals and families organize their finances and gain greater clarity about their financial future. Justin works primarily with nonprofit professionals, young families, and those beginning their careers, helping clients who may not know where to start create a clear path forward.
Known for his welcoming and relatable approach, Justin believes clients should always feel heard, understood, and comfortable asking questions. Education is an important part of his process, and he takes the time to explain financial concepts so clients understand not only what they are doing, but why. Guided by the belief that “no dream is good if it is left on a pillow,” Justin enjoys helping clients turn their goals into actionable plans and leave conversations feeling prepared, informed, and assured.
Justin began his career with Alliance Financial Network in 2026, bringing with him a background in retail that strengthened his communication and relationship-building skills. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Analytics from SUNY Brockport and holds his Life, Accident and Health insurance license.
Born and raised on the east side of Rochester, Justin continues to call the area home. Outside of work, he enjoys vintage clothing shopping, video games, cooking, traveling, and discovering new restaurants. Always open to a new experience, Justin especially enjoys exploring new places and trying foods he has never had before.
