Charles Joseph Hodge IV is the Director of Operations & Client Experience with MedPro Financials at Alliance Financial Network, where he helps create an organized and supportive experience for clients navigating important financial decisions. Charles works primarily with medical professionals, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants, helping make complex information easier to understand while supporting the team’s client service and operational needs.

Known for simplifying complicated concepts and keeping information organized and easy to understand, Charles approaches his work with honesty and clear communication. Education is an important part of his role, and he takes the time to help clients better understand financial concepts and the information being presented to them. Charles especially enjoys helping people feel more informed and comfortable as they work through financial decisions.

Charles brings two years of financial services experience to his role. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from SUNY Geneseo, where he was a leader in the Student Managed Investment Fund. As part of the MedPro Financials team, Charles focuses on client reviews and experience, account and application management, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.

Originally from Syracuse, Charles now lives in Rochester. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, golfing, and spending time with his girlfriend, Shelby, and their cats, Butters and Squid. An avid follower of geopolitics and macroeconomics, Charles enjoys staying informed about world events—and, perhaps more unexpectedly, he can still do a backflip.
