Frank Randall

Frank Randall is a Financial Advisor and Director of Training and Development at Alliance Financial Network, where he helps clients build a clear game plan around their income and helps advisors strengthen the skills they need to serve clients effectively. Through MedPro Financials, Frank works primarily with medical professionals, including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physicians, and pharmacists, helping them create a system where every dollar has a purpose.

Known for solving problems and thinking several steps ahead, Frank approaches financial planning with a strong emphasis on education. He has a talent for breaking down complicated financial concepts into practical strategies clients can understand and use. Frank especially enjoys hearing clients say they feel better because they finally have a plan, and takes pride in helping replace financial stress and uncertainty with confidence and reassurance.

Frank brings 11 years of financial services experience to his role, including five years in banking and six years as a financial advisor, along with more than a decade of prior sales and management experience. He earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Non-Profit Management from SUNY Brockport. Frank is also the owner of MedPro Financials and a member of Roc City Rotary.

Originally from Irondequoit, Frank now lives in Penfield with his wife, Katie, and their four children, Emilia, Theo, Graham, and Lucy. Outside of work, he enjoys playing chess, science fiction, and spending plenty of time on the floor wrestling with his kids. One unexpected talent? Frank can walk on his hands.
