Eric M. Harvey is a Managing Director at Alliance Financial Network, where he helps clients make informed financial decisions based on their personal, professional, and financial goals. Eric works primarily with small business owners, young families, and individuals approaching or entering retirement. As a Managing Director, he also works with new advisors, helping them build a strong foundation as they begin their careers in financial services.
Known for making complex financial concepts easier to understand, Eric believes many people’s financial lives can feel like a 1,000-piece puzzle—his role is to help put the pieces together so they can see the bigger picture. He focuses on areas such as systematic savings, liquidity, financial protection, and retirement cash flow, taking a personalized approach based on each client’s individual circumstances and priorities. Eric especially enjoys seeing clients gain greater clarity and a sense of accomplishment through the work they do together.
Eric joined Alliance Financial Network in 2015, but his connection to financial services began much earlier. Growing up with both a grandfather and an uncle in the profession gave him an early appreciation for the role a trusted financial professional can play in the lives of clients and within the community. Today, that perspective also shapes his work developing new advisors and helping them grow into leaders. Eric serves as Vice President of the Chautauqua Vision Rehabilitation Board of Directors and is a member of the Frewsburg Central School Board of Education.
Born and raised in Jamestown, Eric now lives in Frewsburg with his wife, Brooke, and their daughters, Madi and Taylor. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
