Emma Steele joined the firm in October 2021 as a Associate Financial Professional (formally "Business Development Associate.") She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Leadership graduating from Slippery Rock University in 2019.

As a 2016 graduate of Falconer Central School, Emma found herself back there coaching the Varsity Girls Basketball team. Giving back to a program that gave to her all while helping influence the next generation has strong meaning to her. Emma also spends her time assisting with a local soccer club.
