Derek joined the firm in January 2013 with a clear goal: to provide his clients with the information they need to make informed decisions that benefit both themselves and their loved ones. He is deeply committed to educating his clients and the community, helping them navigate the overwhelming amount of financial opinions and misinformation that exists.
Before transitioning into this career, Derek worked in retail as a sales manager and buyer. His background in customer service has proven invaluable, as he’s always prioritized delivering exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impact and provide true value. Derek is passionate about building meaningful relationships and connecting with new people in his community, always seeking opportunities to be a resource and support others in any way he can.
Outside of work, Derek is actively involved in the Buffalo Niagara Partnership's 360 program. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, golfing, and spending time outdoors, particularly hunting.
