Dannielle Koerner is a Support Specialist with The Ahmed Team at Alliance Financial Network, where she works alongside Joseph Ahmed and Chase to help provide clients with an organized and responsive service experience. In her role, Dannielle supports new business, account openings, client servicing, and team administration, helping keep processes moving forward while ensuring clients understand what to expect along the way.
Known for being detail-oriented, task-driven, and a clear communicator, Dannielle believes in staying organized, paying attention to the details, and seeing each task through to completion. She understands that client follow-up can be an important and time-intensive part of the process and works to keep clients informed and on track. Dannielle takes pride in being a dependable point of contact and wants clients to feel prepared, supported, and comfortable reaching out whenever they have a question or concern.
Dannielle brings three years of financial services experience to her role, along with more than 30 years of experience in customer service-focused positions. Her background includes working as a Third Party Administrator for Tops Pharmacy at Tops Markets and more than 15 years in real estate. She studied Business and Administration and is also a licensed real estate agent.
Outside of work, Dannielle enjoys attending Buffalo Bills home games and spending time with family and friends.
