Charles Bearce, LUTCF, CLTC is Director of Client Relations and a Financial Advisor at Alliance Financial Network, serving clients through Team Destination Wealth Strategies in the Rochester office. With nearly two decades of experience, Charles helps families and business owners navigate important financial decisions with confidence. In his role, he focuses on comprehensive financial planning, estate strategies, retirement planning, and insurance protection, helping clients build financial security for every stage of life.

Known for his ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable way, Charles believes financial planning is a journey, not a destination. He encourages clients to take the first step without feeling they need to have every answer from the beginning. Guided by the belief that success comes through dedication and consistent effort, Charles takes pride in building long-term relationships that help clients feel informed, supported, and confident about their financial future.

Charles brings 19 years of experience in financial services, leadership, and coaching to his role. He earned bachelor’s degree of science in finance from SUNY Geneseo and holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Certification for Long-Term Care (CLTC) designations. He also gives back to his community by coaching youth soccer in the Hilton and Hamlin programs.

Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, Charles now lives in Hilton with his wife, Melissa, their sons, Andrew and James, and their dog, Penny. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and coaching soccer. A meaningful chapter of his life included living in Africa, where he supported AIDS orphanages, feeding programs, and housing initiatives for widows—an experience that continues to shape his heart for serving others.
