Barbara A. O’Neill, CLU® is the President and CFO of Alliance Financial Network, where she supports nearly every aspect of the firm and the people who make it successful. With 42 years of experience, Barb has held virtually every role within the organization outside of sales, giving her a unique perspective and the ability to support advisors, staff, and clients across a wide range of needs.
Known throughout the firm as someone who can help find an answer, Barb is dependable, loyal, and committed to making every person she works with feel important. Her role includes overseeing day-to-day operations, addressing contract and underwriting questions, and helping maintain a profitable, encouraging environment for associates. Barb especially enjoys solving problems and takes pride in giving each person her full attention and helping in whatever way she can.
Barb’s entire financial services career has been built at Alliance Financial Network, where her experience has grown alongside the firm. She holds the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designation and brings decades of institutional knowledge, leadership, and practical experience to her role.
Born in Boston, New York, Barb now lives in Hamburg with her husband, Mark, and their two dogs, Bogey and Millie. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
