Barbara A. O'Neill has been with the firm since 1984. Based in the Buffalo office, Barb manages all financial operations for the firm. Barb and her husband Mark reside in Hamburg, NY.

In 2010, Barb was honored by Business First as a Woman of Influence for her creativity.
