Ashley Sorensen is an Administrative Assistant at Alliance Financial Network, where she helps keep the Jamestown office running smoothly while supporting both advisors and clients. Often describing herself as the “backbone of the office,” Ashley focuses on keeping advisors organized and on track while serving as a friendly, helpful point of contact for clients when they call or visit the office.
Known for her high standards, attention to detail, and willingness to help, Ashley approaches her work with a strong commitment to service. Guided by her faith, she believes in working with honesty, integrity, and her full effort each day. Ashley especially enjoys the opportunity to serve others—whether that means organizing paperwork, solving a problem, or simply offering a friendly smile and listening ear. Her goal is straightforward: she wants people to walk away feeling helped.
Ashley brings more than four years of financial services experience to her role, along with a background working in a highly detail-oriented environment that helped strengthen her organizational skills and meticulous approach. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Zoo Biology from Malone University.
Born in Florida while her father served in the Navy, Ashley was raised in Northwestern Pennsylvania and lived in several places throughout the United States before settling in Western New York. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, creating charcuterie boards, and spending time at home with her husband and their cat, Millicent Renee Sorensen. Around the office, don't be surprised if Ashley suddenly breaks into a classic Disney song or an old hymn and challenges everyone nearby to name the tune.
